Shipping :
Please Allow 7-10 Business days for processing after order placement for it to be fulfilled THEN shipped. We pride ourselves on fast shipping so your order may be shipped before that turnaround time DEPENDING on orders in que. Tracking information is provided as soon as orders are processed. Our business days are Monday-Friday as the weekends are not included during our work week.
International orders could take up to 30 days to arrive.
Once your order is SHIPPED, USPS is NOW RESPONSIBLE for your package. Your point of contact to track and locate all orders once shipped is 800-275-8777 Monday-Friday 8AM-830PM EST & Saturday 8AM-6PM Est. To recieve any updates on your orders, please refer to your tracking number first.
MY ITEM IS LOST, STOLEN OR DAMAGED :
If your item is lost and been stuck in a ''transit'' state for 2+ weeks, we will move forward with filing a claim with USPS. IF your package says ''Arrived or Delivered'' and has been stolen, yourself or Lit Customs Co can file a claim with USPS as it insurance is on all of our packages. IF your items arrived to you damaged or ruined, Please send us a picture to info@litcustomsco.com and we'll be sure to accommodate and resend damaged goods.
REFUNDS POLICY :
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, We DO NOT offer refunds for any products. ALL products are FINAL sale due to them being handmade. If you wish to cancel an order, BEFORE it has shipped, a convenience fee of 10% will be charged and deducted from your original refund amount. Orders CANNOT be canceled once they have shipped.
